BRM collects the plastic wastes from the customer’s premises, crushes or regranulates them and returns the latter to the customer. It is therefore possible for you to return production wastes to current production. This saves you hard cash!

Separation of compounds
Since December 2001, BRM has opened up another field of activity, separation of compounds. Separation of compounds means separation of plastics and aluminium, in this case polystyrene (PS) and aluminium. In this case, a special separating plant from Hamos was acquired. The plastic particles are separated from aluminium particles with the aid of electrostatic charging. The plastic obtained is processed into regranulate in a regranulation plant with a special separating head and is returned to production. The aluminium obtained is sold respectively at the current stock market price to steelworks or ammunition factories.
Flowerpot & pot plant crate recycling
BRM not only produces regranulate and ground stock. For, constantly pressing ahead with innovations and searching for new, environment-friendly and resource-conserving recycling methods, BRM has perfected over many years of development a new method for recycling flowerpots and pot plant crates. Particularly in tree nurseries, countless pots and crates accumulate; these can be recycled again by BRM, thereby making a valuable contribution to environmental protection.
Our recycling method performs all necessary recycling stages in a single process. It begins with comminution. The flowerpots and pot plant crates are subsequently carefully cleaned and freed of dirt and moisture. Prepared in this manner, old, useless crates and plastic pots are turned into plastic chips which, like the regranulate or ground stock, are returned to the production circuit. By the way: our own fleet of vehicles ensures trouble-free and rapid collection of your plastic waste.
